The Arabian Nights Music Festival

When the City of Opa-locka decided to celebrate its milestone Centennial Anniversary by reviving its most iconic cultural tradition, they turned to The Mosaic Group. Engaged as the full-service agency of record, our team was tasked with managing the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for the historic return of the Arabian Nights Music Festival.

From initial project management to the final wrap-up, we handled every moving piece to ensure this major community celebration was seamless, stress-free, and memorable.

A Full-Service Execution Blueprint

Bringing a large-scale municipal festival to life at Sherbondy Park required a comprehensive, multichannel approach. The Mosaic Group provided complete project oversight, delivering services across several key areas:

  • Integrated Marketing & Creative Design: Our team built the festival’s digital presence from scratch, handling custom website development, targeted advertising campaigns, and creative brand design to capture regional attention and drive attendance.

  • Talent Coordination & Logistics: From locking in the artist lineup to syncing up with local vendors and managing stage production, we coordinated all technical and entertainment logistics for the eight-hour event.

  • Media Relations & Public Relations: We led the regional media push, securing visibility and managing communications to invite the broader South Florida community to experience Opa-locka’s rich culture and history.

  • On-Site Operations & Media Production: On the ground, our team provided complete event management, capturing the energy of the day through professional photography, on-site video shoots, and real-time project coordination.

From Strategy to a Successful Celebration

The results of this massive team effort were clear on event day. Sherbondy Park filled with incredible energy as thousands of residents and visitors gathered to enjoy music, food, and culture in honor of the city’s 100th anniversary. Seeing the artist lineup take the stage and watching the community connect validated our team’s weeks of behind-the-scenes preparation.

Whether it is a municipal milestone or a corporate gala, we specialize in taking the stress out of event planning—transforming complex operational moving parts into successful, high-impact experiences.

Earth Day Festival 2026

We love seeing our partners out in the community making a real difference, and a prime example of this was our team’s work at last month’s Earth Day Festival in the City of Sunrise. Working in close partnership with Broward County, our team was on-site to support vital environmental outreach, connecting directly with neighbors to protect our local water resources and foster a more sustainable future.

Environmental initiatives rely heavily on clear, accessible communication that inspires collective action. For this community event, our approach focused on turning environmental data into engaging, everyday habits for residents of all ages.

Our team engaged directly with attendees to share practical, everyday water-saving tips designed to reduce waste and protect South Florida’s delicate waterways. To make sustainability accessible and educational, we organized interactive, family-friendly giveaways that encouraged neighbors of all ages to learn about conservation in a fun, approachable environment. This event successfully highlighted our active partnership with Broward County, demonstrating how public sector goals can be effectively mobilized through grassroots community outreach.

The success of the Earth Day Festival highlights a core pillar of our mission: transforming environmental awareness into meaningful local action. By bridging the gap between public policy and neighborhood engagement, we ensure that critical sustainability messages don’t just reach the public—they resonate. We are incredibly proud of our team and our partners at Broward County for their dedication to protecting our natural resources, one conversation at a time. Together, we are truly making each drop count.

Whether you are launching a public health campaign, an environmental awareness program, or a municipal outreach event, The Mosaic Group provides the strategic marketing, public relations, and on-site support needed to drive real impact. Water Matters Day 2026 Recap

True communication happens on the ground. Last Saturday, The Mosaic Group joined thousands of neighbors at Tree Tops Park for Broward County’s annual Water Matters Day, turning environmental strategy into local action.

Our team spent the day engaging directly with residents to discuss how proper lake and preserve management keeps regional waterways healthy and South Florida landscapes thriving.

To make sustainability practical for local families, our interactive tent provided both educational materials and physical conservation resources. We distributed custom coloring books and water-saving tip sheets alongside daily tools like sponges and dog bowls designed to reduce routine water waste at home.

Events like this highlight a core pillar of our mission at The Mosaic Group: translating complex environmental goals into everyday community habits. We are proud to partner with public entities like Broward County to protect our natural resources, proving that safeguarding the environment is a collective local effort.

Celebrating Water Conservation at Water Matters Day

At The Mosaic Group, we are passionate about amplifying the voices of organizations that make a tangible difference in our community. This month, we are proud to shine a spotlight on the Broward County Natural Resources Division and its upcoming signature event, Water Matters Day. As an agency that values sustainability and community impact, we believe this event represents the very best of Broward's collective effort to protect our most precious resource.

Water is the lifeblood of South Florida, yet we often take it for granted. Water Matters Day serves as the county's largest environmental outreach event, hosted by the Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department. Scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tree Tops Park in Davie, this gathering is designed to bridge the gap between environmental policy and everyday household action. It's not just a day in the park; it's a powerful reminder of how individual choices contribute to our region's long-term resilience.

What makes Water Matters Day so impactful is its ability to make complex environmental challenges accessible to everyone. South Florida faces unique pressures regarding water supply and climate change, and this event provides a platform for residents to connect directly with experts. Through interactive exhibits and educational workshops, attendees can learn about everything from native landscaping and rain barrels to advanced leak detection. By fostering these connections, the event builds community partnerships that strengthen our local conservation efforts.

The experience is crafted to be both engaging and educational. Families can explore interactive booths from local nonprofits and utilities, participate in hands-on demonstrations, and enjoy games and crafts designed for all ages. To encourage conservation beyond the park gates, the event features giveaways such as native plants and water-saving tools. These practical takeaways ensure that the lessons learned at Tree Tops Park are put into practice in neighborhoods across the county.

At The Mosaic Group, we understand that building a culture of conservation doesn't happen overnight—it happens through consistent engagement and shared community values. Water Matters Day is about more than a single day of fun; it's about ensuring that Broward County remains vibrant and sustainable for generations to come. We encourage everyone to mark their calendars, attend the event, and join us in supporting a more water-wise Florida. Street Naming in Hallandale Beach

At The Mosaic Group, we are honored to work with municipalities that lead with heart and conviction. This month, we are highlighting a powerful moment of international solidarity from our partners at the City of Hallandale Beach. In a moving ceremony held this past week, city officials formally designated Southeast Fifth Street as “Sderot Way,” a tribute to their sister city in Israel and a testament to the enduring bond between these two resilient communities.

The street renaming serves as much more than a symbolic gesture; it is a public declaration of unity and support. Led by Hallandale Beach Mayor Joy Cooper, along with Sderot Mayor Alon Davidi and Deputy Mayor Hava Nachshonov, the dedication honors Sderot’s path toward recovery and renewal following the tragic events of October 7, 2023. By unveiling the new “Sderot Way” sign and a memorial marker at the intersection of Southeast Fifth Street and Fourth Avenue, Hallandale Beach has created a lasting landmark that celebrates shared values and mutual strength.

During the observance, local and visiting leaders reflected on the importance of standing together in times of crisis. Mayor Joy Cooper emphasized the city’s unwavering commitment to its sister city, noting that Hallandale Beach will continue to show solidarity as Israel protects its homeland and rebuilds for the future. For the visiting leaders from Sderot, the event was an opportunity to share stories of their community’s incredible resilience and the profound impact of knowing they have a dedicated partner across the ocean.

At The Mosaic Group, we believe that community identity is built on the stories we tell and the partnerships we honor. Highlighting events like the Sderot Way dedication allows us to showcase how local government can foster global connections that inspire hope and renewal. We are proud to support the City of Hallandale Beach as they continue to build a community rooted in compassion, unity, and heartfelt support for their international neighbors.

A Sustainable Future Takes Shape at Delray Beach’s New Water Treatment Plant

At The Mosaic Group, we are proud to highlight the visionary infrastructure projects that secure the future of our local communities. This month, we are turning our Client Spotlight to the City of Delray Beach, which recently celebrated a major milestone with the groundbreaking of its new, state-of-the-art Water Treatment Plant. This project represents a massive step forward in municipal innovation, ensuring that the "Village by the Sea" remains a leader in utility excellence for decades to come.

The new facility is much more than a construction project; it is a sophisticated upgrade designed to meet the evolving needs of a growing population. By implementing a state-of-the-art water treatment process, the City is prioritizing both safety and quality. The plant will feature advanced monitoring and control systems that allow for real-time oversight, ensuring that every drop of water delivered to residents meets the highest standards. Beyond quality, the new infrastructure is engineered to improve water pressure across the City and provide the flexibility needed to stay ahead of future regulatory requirements.

This ambitious undertaking is the result of diligent collaboration and expert planning. The renowned engineering firm CDM Smith has been working closely with city officials to bring this vision to life. While a project of this magnitude requires precision and time, the momentum is already building. Construction is underway and is expected to be completed by early 2028, marking a new era for Delray Beach's public works and environmental stewardship.

For The Mosaic Group, sharing stories like the Delray Beach groundbreaking is essential to our mission of connecting communities with the progress happening right in their backyards. We believe that modern, reliable infrastructure is the foundation of a thriving city, and we applaud the City of Delray Beach for its proactive investment in the health and well-being of its residents. Stay tuned as we continue to follow the progress of this transformative project on its journey to 2028.
