Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: West Palm Beach, FL


This role is crucial in meeting the expectations of our clients and the deadlines for a successful outcome of each project. Employee is expected to perform the following primary responsibilities:


  • Assist with the development of client and internal marketing and public relations plans including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
  • Maintain internal and external project timelines and calendars
  • Deploy organic and paid digital and traditional communications campaigns including social media, email, print, television, and radio
  • Deploy content for blogs, articles, social media, email, etc.
  • Create email marketing communications for clients and The Mosaic Group
  • Update and maintain WordPress websites
  • Create social media graphics using provided templates
  • Assist in planning and managing in-person and/or virtual events for clients and The Mosaic Group by developing schedules, sourcing assets, and coordinating the appropriate personnel
  • Attend in-person and/or virtual events as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Subject-matter research relating to client projects and campaigns
  • Manage production of promotional materials and collateral by coordinating requirements with clients, creative team, and vendors
  • Maintain mailing, contact, and community stakeholder lists and databases
  • Assist with the creation of client reports and proposals
  • Work closely with team members and vendors to accomplish campaign goals
  • Monitor campaign budgets and review invoices and expenditures
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure projects are on task and on time
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 1-3 years of experience in the communications field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in cloud-based file management software such as Google Drive and Dropbox
  • Experience working with project management software such as Teamwork, Asana, Basecamp, Monday, etc.
  • Proficiency in WordPress website maintenance
  • Proficiency in email marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Emma, etc.
  • Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience working on multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • College degree in marketing, communications, or journalism; or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish and/or Creole a plus

Consistently attends meetings and events on time
Is available during work hours for meetings
Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
Available for occasional events outside of business hours
