If you are having trouble hearing the Teams audio clearly, we recommend using your phone to dial into the meeting. First, dial 561-437-0639. Wait for the prompt, then enter the conference ID 777 210 930 followed by the pound sign (#).

Once in the meeting, please mute your mic on your phone. If you are watching the meeting on a computer, please make sure your computer mic is muted and the volume is all the way down so you only hear the phone audio. If you are watching the meeting in the Teams app on your phone, dial in to the meeting using the above steps and mute the mic on your phone. Then, put your Teams app in the foreground so you can see the meeting while hearing the dial-in audio.

Please make sure your mic is muted in BOTH the Teams app and on your phone and turn off the audio from the Teams app so only the dial-in audio is playing.
